I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The 'docklands view' room I booked was disappointing with dirty marks on the walls and carpet, giving me a view of rooftops instead of something nicer. The room had a lingering smell of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be on a non-smoking floor. However, the hotel's location was very convenient near Southern Cross Station and the city.
